Our Boarding Services
Our boarding accommodations at Parkville Animal Hospital are spacious, climate-controlled, and monitored by on-site kennel technicians, even on the weekends! We take pride in your pet being cared for by trained professionals while enjoying complete comfort in their home-away-from-home. Our kennel technicians will provide adequate exercise and attention regularly throughout the day.
Prior to booking a boarding experience with Parkville Animal Hospital, we ask your pet to be updated on their annual exam, along with the following vaccines:
Felines: Rabies & FVRCP
Canines: Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella, and CIV Bivalent.
For new patients, we require an exam to ensure your pet is healthy for boarding, and up to date on their vaccinations. Proof of vaccinations are also required.
Before your pet’s boarding experience, we ask that you bring in their typical food, because sometimes a change in diet can result in an upset stomach. If we do not receive food, our staff will be happy to provide a veterinarian-approved diet during their stay. You may also bring any comfort items from home such as favorite blankets or toys. We want your pet to be as comfortable as possible with us during their boarding experience.
We are thrilled you have considered Parkville Animal Hospital for your pet’s boarding experience! We look forward to giving your pet the best care and cuddles during their stay. Please note, for the safety of all pets and our staff, we reserve the right to turn away pets that are not up to date on exams or vaccinations.
