Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all appointment requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately. If possible, it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.
We require that our clients keep dogs on a leash, and cats to remain in carriers during their visit. If you are aware of any biting issues with your pet, we ask that you please muzzle them.
If you are concerned your pet has a contagious disease, please let one of our staff members know and we will make proper arrangements so that they may not come into contact with other pets and clients.
Parkville Animal Hospital accepts payment via cash, check, CareCredit®, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Visa. So that we can continue to provide you high quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered.
We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.
We carry a wide variety of pet products, including medications, parasite preventatives, and more.
If your pet needs a product refill, please call us 24-48 hours prior to the desired pick-up time. This will allow us to complete the request. If we do not have the product in stock, an advanced medication request will allow us enough time to obtain the product for your pet before the product runs out
Prescription diets are recommended to treat a variety of conditions. We carry many prescription diets in house for your convenience, and we can recommend the best diet for your pet’s individual needs.
